History of company incorporating

Company was founded in November 1952, when the first machines for manufacturing of line and lint bow to put in action. Year 1984 was a landmark in the development of the firm, as the line with capacity of 350 tons to manufacture textile sacondary materials was put in action as well as manufacturing of bonded textiles was installed.

In 1990 manufacturing capacity was extended up to 1,400 tons.

Paralelly manufacturing of line stems was being finished in successive steps.

Simultaneity

Nowadays company LYKOTEX Slowakia, Ltd. is manufacturing primary and secondary textile materials and is producing bonded textiles made by mechanical creation of fibrous web reinforced by needling and thermobonding. In 2009 we started production of polyester fibre balls.

Manufacturing facilities enable production of materials with basis weight of 150 – 3, 000 g/m², at gained width of products up 4, 000 mm with possibility to cut out smaller widths. According to given drawing  documentation it si possible to realize cutting by water-jet area shapes 2, 000 x 3, 000 mm max.
